Villetta Nadir is a little gem nestled in the Campulongu hill in Villasimius. One of the most exciting sea views in all of South-East Sardinia. With just one glance, a 180° panorama embraces the Tanka Golf Club, Capo Carbonara and Campulongu. The interior spaces are not large, but well used thanks to the custom-made furnishings:

  • double bedroom with sea view
  • bathroom with sink – shower – WC and bidet
  • service bathroom with sink and washing machine – WC and bidet.
For couples who wish to sleep separately, it is possible to use a double bed in the mezzanine area or a single bed in the space adjacent to the bathroom. It is not possible to stand in the mezzanine area. Modern fixtures and mosquito nets ensure perfect ventilation. Air conditioning and heating are guaranteed by 3 efficient latest-generation Samsung Splits. The swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage, has a variable height up to a maximum of 140 centimeters in the deepest area. The pool water is not heated and there are no gates or safety devices for access. Villetta Nadir is a semi-detached property with an independent entrance, one side is in adherence with the neighboring house. The swimming pool with hydromassage offers unique emotions at sunset and completes the large furnished covered veranda. The level of privacy is total as all spaces are for exclusive use. The area: Inside the private condominium Sole a Campulongu, Villetta Nadir is located very close to all the most famous beaches in the area. The beautiful beach of Campulongu is exactly in front of the hill where we are. Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Porto Sa Ruxi can be quickly reached with short trips. The services of the town of Villasimius, also operational in winter, guarantee guests the convenience of the supermarket – bars and restaurants – bank – pharmacy and medical service reachable in 5 minutes by car. From the house it is possible to easily reach the services or the beaches only by car
