The house, independent on three sides, features an outdoor shower and barbecue on the west side, a garden, and a spacious veranda on the east side with an outdoor table for 4 people. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa, a table for 4 people, a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher also, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and two adjacent spaces, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. The accommodation also caters to small groups thanks to the presence of 3 beds in separate spaces. All spaces communicate with the courtyard through French doors. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in both the bedroom and the living room. TV and unlimited free Wi-Fi are provided. Private parking is available. The villa is 300 meters walking distance from the beach. The path is asphalted and flat, convenient even for the elderly or families with young children.

The area: we are located in one of the most renowned areas of Villasimius, just steps from Simius beach. The street where we are located, Via Levante, is not affected by road or pedestrian traffic, as it is only used by residents to access their homes. Guests can also walk to the village of Villasimius with a short walk (approximately 1 km) via the pedestrian route of Viale Matteotti, which is also illuminated at night. The village is very lively and has all the services. It’s impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and shopping street, as well as Sardinian craftsmanship and traditional grocery stores.
