Villetta Luisa, completely independent, is surrounded on three sides by a courtyard. On the west side, a beautiful carob tree shades the lawn and the bedrooms, which also have access to the courtyard. On the east side, you will find, in addition to the barbecue, a convenient covered veranda to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.
On the ground floor, guests have access to:
• living room with a table with 6 seats, sofa, and 40” TV
• fully equipped kitchenette, also equipped with dishwasher
• first complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet
• second complete bathroom with shower and toilet
• first bedroom with double bed and access to the courtyard
• air-conditioned second bedroom with double bed and access to the courtyard.
In the basement, there is an air-conditioned room with a window overlooking a light well with a double bed. All rooms and the living room are air-conditioned and have windows and wardrobes. In the courtyard, both the washing machine and an outdoor shower are available. Free unlimited Wi-Fi and free communal parking. The outdoor spaces, all the spaces on the ground floor, and the room in the basement are for the exclusive use of our guests. In the basement, there are three other rooms that will always be kept closed where we keep our personal belongings and are not accessible.

The area: we are in the Cruccuris locality, a quiet condominium of only villas near the Campus beach. The street where we are located, Via dei Melograni, is not affected by road or pedestrian traffic, as it is only used by residents to access their homes. Within a 1km radius of the house, there is a well-stocked mini-market, an excellent pizzeria, and a romantic seafront restaurant. Guests can also reach the town of Villasimius with just a 3-minute drive (1.5km). The town is very lively and has all the services. It is impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and the shopping street, Sardinian crafts, and traditional grocery stores.
