The interior spaces are all arranged on a single level, equipped with French doors leading to the courtyard and veranda. The air-conditioned living room includes an indoor dining area, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area comprises:
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the glazed veranda
• 1 bedroom with one single bed + one pull-out single bed
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the courtyard
• 3 complete bathrooms with showers, two of these are en-suite.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes, and mosquito nets. All areas of the villa are exclusively available to guests. One wardrobe and two wall cupboards are kept for private use. The veranda hosts a table with 6 seats and an adjacent barbecue, 4 sun loungers, and an outdoor sofa for maximum relaxation. The glazed veranda allows enjoyment of outdoor spaces even during the low season without sacrificing warmth, while the roof solarium shaded by the retractable solar tent is the ideal place for a sunset aperitif overlooking the Chia lagoon. Up to 2 medium-sized vehicles can be parked in the courtyard.

The area: the house is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the entire South of Sardinia. The condominium security service and the extremely low traffic level make this neighborhood safe and peaceful. The commercial area in the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of services such as a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, ATM, as well as evening shows and entertainment. Campana Dune Beach is easily accessible with a very short walk. Having a car is always recommended during your vacation in Chia.
