Internally, the house is welcoming and furnished with a personal touch. The living room, with a sofa, TV, and desk, invites relaxation and study while you can contemplate the garden through the panoramic window. The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and guests can enjoy their meals both in the living room and on the outdoor terrace.
The sleeping area consists of:
• one bedroom with a double bed
• one bedroom with two single beds
• one master bedroom with a double bed
• two fully equipped bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe, and terrace door to the courtyard. The air conditioning, also present in the living room, offers heating and cooling modes. The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults plus a baby. On the outdoor terrace, there is a table with 6 seats, two lounge chairs, and outdoor armchairs for relaxation in the open air. Guests have access to the entire property, except for the rooftop terrace, the external storage room, and two wardrobe compartments which are kept for private use.

The area: we are located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in southern Sardinia. The residential security service and low traffic make this area safe and quiet. The commercial area on the square in front of the renowned Chia Laguna Resort offers amenities such as minimarkets, bars, restaurants, as well as evening entertainment and shows. The Campana Dune Beach is located 400 meters as the crow flies and is within a few minutes’ walk. It is recommended to have a car during your vacation in Chia.
