The interior spaces are all arranged on a single level and feature French doors that invite full enjoyment of the courtyard and the large corner veranda. The air-conditioned living room includes an indoor dining area for 6 people, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area comprises:
• 3 bedrooms with two single beds each + 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 4 complete bathrooms.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes, and mosquito nets. Externally, the veranda hosts a large granite table, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. All spaces of the villa are exclusively available to guests. A closet is kept for our private storage. Private uncovered parking space is available.

The area: we are located within one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Southern Sardinia. The condominium security service and the very low level of traffic make this neighborhood safe and peaceful. The commercial area in the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of services such as a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, and ATM, as well as evening shows and entertainment. Campana Dune Beach is reachable with a very short walk. A car is always recommended during your vacation in Chia.
