Inside, the house consists of three double bedrooms, one of which is a loft open to the living room, two bathrooms with shower and WC, a storage room, a living room with sea view, and an open kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, plus all useful accessories. Outside, the veranda with a splendid sea view hosts a table with six seats, a small courtyard with two sun loungers for outdoor relaxation, a service area with heated outdoor shower, barbecue, and washing machine. Free unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, and other comforts make the house a perfect place to rest and enjoy the natural beauty and flavors of Sardinia. The house is not large (about 80 square meters indoors), but every space is carefully designed and furnished with high-quality custom-made furniture.

The area: the village of Porto Luna I is an island of peace totally immersed in greenery just a few minutes from Villasimius and the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia. It consists of low houses surrounded by gardens and tree-lined avenues, flower beds, prickly pears, and granite rocks. Far from traffic and urban settlements, it is the perfect place for those who love sports and want to jog or cycle. Due to its location, the mobile phone signal is not strong, but Casa Flaminia has excellent Wi-Fi. The village has several beaches nearby, reachable on foot including the local beach, just a short walk from Casa Flaminia, where sometimes the sea current carries seaweed. From the house, it is easy to reach services only by car or bicycle. Therefore, we suggest our guests to have a vehicle (free condominium parking is just a few steps from the house) or alternatively to rent a bicycle
