• Full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house’s air conditioning and heating are provided by 4 efficient state-of-the-art splits [in each bedroom and living room].

Parking: Guests can park their vehicle in the space 30 meters from the house. The area is secure as it is within the condominium, accessible only to residents.

Pool: The communal pool, open from July to early September, varies in depth from 140 cm to 240 cm. The pool is managed by the condominium, not directly by us, so we cannot control any unforeseen events.

The area: We are in the Porto Sa Ruxi condominium, a quiet community of villas near the beautiful beach. The street where we are located, Viale Puglia, is not affected by road or pedestrian traffic. When you don’t feel like cooking at home, a romantic beachfront restaurant shaded by ancient junipers is convenient for a break from the sea 🙂 Guests can also reach the town of Villasimius with just a 5-minute drive (5 km). The town is lively and has all the services. Impossible to be bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and the shopping street with Sardinian crafts and traditional grocery stores. The town, inhabited by locals year-round, offers all the services for a fun-filled holiday, nightlife, and beach and recreational activities. A vehicle is essential during the stay at Casa Alma. In addition to Porto Sa Ruxi Beach (reachable in about 7 minutes on foot), you can reach other nearby beaches and the services of the town of Villasimius only with a vehicle.
