The apartment on the first and last floor consists of:
• air-conditioned living room with a sofa and TV, a table with 4 seats, and a kitchenette
• a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace
• complete bathroom with a washing machine.
A foldable cot allows accommodation for a third guest. Outside, the spacious terrace has an outdoor table. In addition to the courtyard complete with an outdoor shower and barbecue, always within the property, a large lawn is available for walking and letting your children play. All rooms have windows facing the courtyard. Free Wi-Fi and parking. The most beautiful beaches of Chia and all essential services are just a short distance away.

The area: we are located in Chia, in a secluded and nature-surrounded context. At a very short distance (300 meters), there are a market, café-bar, restaurants, pizzerias, and direct sales of agricultural products cultivated in the surrounding gardens. An optimal location for reaching all the most beautiful beaches of Southwest Sardinia; all equipped with parking areas and served by beach resorts, snack bars for aperitifs, and lunch breaks. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest center is Domus De Maria, where you can find a pharmacy, bank, and other services.
