The house, entirely on the first and last floor, consists of:

• air-conditioned bedroom with 3 single beds
• complete bathroom with a washing machine
• the spacious covered terrace with a view of the green hills of Chia accommodates a second dining table with 6 seats and outdoor armchairs.
In addition to the courtyard complete with an outdoor shower and barbecue, within the property, a large lawn is available for strolling and playing with your children. The area: we are located in Chia, in a private and surrounded by nature. At a very short distance (300 meters), there are a supermarket, coffee bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and direct sales of agricultural products cultivated in the surrounding gardens. An optimal location to reach all the most beautiful beaches of Southwest Sardinia, all equipped with parking areas and serviced by beach resorts, kiosks, bars for aperitifs, and lunch breaks. The recommended beaches include Sa Colonia Beach, Su Portu Beach, Su Giudeu Beach, Cala Cipolla Beach, and Tuerredda Beach. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest center is Domus De Maria, where there are a pharmacy, a bank, and other services.
