The air-conditioned apartment, on the first and last floor, is set in a magnificent natural environment, 80 meters from Sa Colonia beach and Su Portu beach in Chia. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room with an equipped kitchenette make it suitable for those seeking close contact with the sea and nature. It can accommodate up to 4 adults plus a baby. On the veranda, you can enjoy your meals outdoors while listening to the gentle sound of the waves. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. Private access to the beaches.

The apartment on the first and last floor consists of:

The house is part of a family villa, where there are a total of 4 apartments. You can park your vehicle for free in the driveway and use the portion of the courtyard in front of the house where outdoor shower and barbecue are available.

The house is located in Chia, a short walk from the beaches of Sa Colonia and Su Portu. Via Giovanni Pascoli, is unpaved but easily passable with any vehicle. From the house, you can reach both Sa Colonia beach and Su Portu beach in just one minute on foot. Other recommended beaches include “Su Giudeu”, “Cala Cipolla”, “Tuerredda”. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to its numerous shops and nightclubs. The nearest village is Domus De Maria, where there are a pharmacy, a bank, and other services. The archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the caves of Is Zuddas in Santadi, the Is Cannoneris forest park make this a perfect place for exploration. Hiking enthusiasts can venture into the ancient Roman road of the 4th century AD, a route that connected Nora and Bithia, and from which you can admire the coves of this beautiful coastal stretch. Chia’s services such as the Mongittu bar, the Mirage pizzeria restaurant, local fruit vendors, and the Sirio mini-market are all reachable within a minute by car.
